Where in the Bible says that sex without procreation is a sin – if he does?

Can anyone here in R & S cite me chapter and verse Bible on this subject? I used to read the Bible much at one time, and I do not recall ever seeing this doctrine not in the Old Testament or New Testament. I agree that many parts of the Bible are harsh in their condemnation of adultery and fornication – gay sex ditto. But where are the verses that say it is bad for a married couple to have sex that is not engaged in procreation?

The Bible does not. In fact if you read Hebrews 13:4 and Song of Songs to find in which the Bible teaches that sex within marriage is Blessed but not conducive to having children.
